Left Behind

A little bit about Coco's background. So all of the dogs from Fluffy Dog Rescue come from Alabama kill shelters. Most of my fosters have been strays - that could mean born stray, but it could also mean runaways or abadonded pups. Coco is not a stray she was labeled as "owner surrender." The single line of information we have is:

Owner moving. Cannot take her with them. 

 So whoever had her in AL dumped her at the kill shelter on the way out of town. 

It is a sad story, but a short one - everything else is just a guess, but after having Coco this week, I can't imagine why anyone would leave her behind. I think it was likely just their situation and nothing about her specifically that led to her getting ditched. Whoever picks her now will be lucky to have her!
