Gino's Puppy Love
Gino is around 5 or 6 years old, but maltese breeds typically live 13-15 years so he still have a long life ahead of him. Adopting an adult dog is great because he's already housetrained, doesn't chew on things that aren't toys, and is not hyper.

Gino still had the cute fluffiness of a puppy and when he rolls over for bellyrubs it will melt your heart. Below is Gino's "I'm listening!" pose with his big ears in full spread.
Gino loves going on walks and when his leash comes out he does a little dance and jumps all around. He is great on his leash, too, and looks so cute prancing down the sidewalk.
Gino's great meeting new people. He likes to be held, and apparently doesn't mind sitting on laps like a child. My friend Sarah likes Gino because he doesn't slobber or shed. He's not a big licker, but sometimes gives little kisses (especially in the morning).
If you want a friendly, well-adjusted and happy pup in your life - fill out the Fluffy Dog Rescue application and say you want to adopt Gino!

Santa's Little Helper
Gino (Elgin) went to a dinner party this weekend and got in the holiday spirit. He was more interested in meeting the people than the other dogs, but had a good time!
Gino likes to look out at the action on the street, but he may be keeping an eye out for Santa. Who wants to adopt this little happy lovebug before Christmas?

Weekend Fluff
Gino has met a lot of new people this weekend - he is great meeting strangers.
Overall, he's a pretty quiet pup, but I did year him let out one bark at night when a group of people were yelling in the street.
His little face is so sweet, and he lights up and dances around whenever it's time to go out for a walk or when someone comes inside! Here is a picture of him relaxing after a long walk yesterday. Click here to adopt Gino!

Elgino is Spanish for...
... The Gino. That's what I'm calling this fluffy guy. Gino is such a sweetie.
His fur is so soft - he's like a little living teddy bear. He doesn't seem to shed at all, but likes being brushed which makes his coat even fluffier.

Introducing ... Elgin!
Meet the new foster dog, Elgin!
This sweet guy has been in Wisconsin for a little while now, but his previous foster had a family member fall ill, so now I'm fostering him. I mention it as it means he's been living in a house for while and is used to it! He even slept quietly in his dog bed all night.
He is house-trained, great on walks, and friendly meeting new people.
His fur is so soft and pretty. What a little snugglebug.
